We stand behind ScanAbility's ability to identify accessibility barriers on your website. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

Covered ✓

  • Your first subscription payment (monthly or annual)
  • Request within 30 days of your first payment date
  • Full refund in USD

Not Covered ✗

  • Subsequent subscription renewals
  • Annual plans after 30 days from purchase
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD) at the original amount paid.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you will not be charged again. No prorated refund is issued for remaining days of the current period, except as covered by the 30-day guarantee.
